The Engagement Process
Contact Thatton Law for a case assessment, during which process an attorney will learn about the facts of your case, devise a strategy to move forward, and provide you with a fee estimate.
An engagement agreement details of the work to be done, explains the fees, and contains other rights and responsibilities for you as well as the firm. Work begins once it is signed.
Your attorney works diligently to learn the unique facts of your case and advise you on the law, draft legal documents, or represent you in front of a court, government agency, or private party.
Once the work is completed, and upon your request, your case documents are digitized and made available for you to download. You may also request a case summary for your records.
